Dr. David S. Shaw, D.O., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. David Shaw is a native of Chicago. He attended Indiana University for his undergraduate degree,
then matriculated at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, earning a medical degree with honors.
Dr. Shaw completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston, Illinois.
He is a board certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Shaw
has extensive training and experience in advanced Laproscopic Surgery. He is well respected within the
Gynecological community for his Hysteroscopic ability.
He is a clinical instructor for the Rush Medical
School and Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Rush North Shore Medical Center. He
is also the recipient of the Ortho Pharmaceutical Faculty Teaching Award for Rush North Shore.
